Psychological Consultation is protected time where an MPS consultant would facilitate a space with teams to explore the psychological needs of the young people you support. In this space we would work on therapeutic strategies to support young people to develop skills in managing emotional dysregulation, problem solving, and reducing maladaptive coping strategies such as using alcohol or substances.
We can offer senior management clinical supervision to support the development of reflective practice and staff well being strategies in your organisation. During these supervision sessions we would utilise reflective supervision frameworks.
Individual Psychological Assessment
We can offer comprehensive psychological assessments for young people you support. This would involve collecting historical information, direct sessions with young people and the professional network and completing standardised assessment measures. An assessment report would be completed which would detail an individualised therapeutic care plan tailored to meet their needs.
